Due to the proximity to Xmas it has been decided to try and rearrange this event for mid-January 2007. As soon as a date has been fixed we will let you know.

Unfortunately, despite sending out a cancellation email last Monday evening (Nov 27th) for this event some people did not receive it, for which we can only appologize. In future, if there is any doubt, we would like to suggest that you check the website to see if there is a message posted here, which there was on this occasion. Inclement weather was the problem. However, there could be other reasons, such as speaker availablity, that could cause cancellation. Be assured we will always do our best to let people know in good time.

General Meeting - November 29th at SportBC, 1367 W. Broadway (welcome time 6pm)

Dana Epp, Security MVP, will be speaking on:

“Understanding and evaluating risk to information assets in your software projects”

In this presentation, attendees will discover methods to explore risk to information assets within software projects developed on Windows, with emphasis on modeling threats and determining the attack surface of their applications.
