VanTUG is evolving from an event-driven model to a program-driven Community of Practice model focused on structured learning, industry collaboration, and professional growth.
VanTUG Communities of Practice
Practitioner-led learning communities designed to help technology professionals learn, connect, and grow through structured knowledge sharing and real-world enterprise experience.
What is a Community of Practice?
A Community of Practice (CoP) is a group of professionals who share a common area of expertise and commit to learning from one another through ongoing discussion, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
At VanTUG, our Communities of Practice bring together industry practitioners, architects, engineers, consultants, administrators, and technology leaders to explore enterprise technology topics through structured learning pathways and community-led sessions.
Our goal is to bridge the gap between formal education and real-world enterprise practice by creating opportunities for professionals at all stages of their careers to learn directly from experienced practitioners.

→Industry Expertise

→Professional Growth
